This role offers the opportunity to lead and innovate in grounds management, focusing on excellence, sustainability, and aesthetic appeal across educational campuses.

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing and managing programs, policies, and compliance systems for client sites.
• Conducting grounds assessments, identifying deficiencies, and leading corrective actions.
• Performing quality assurance and safety audits.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and client reports.
• Leading special projects and providing training and technical support.
• Reviewing project changes and acting as the owner's representative during renovations.
• Ensuring client satisfaction through regular collaboration.
• Supporting team and company goals by undertaking additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a grounds-related field or 10 years of grounds management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage change strategies and multiple projects.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
