Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Construction Superintendent for a ground-up multifamily project in Dallas, TX (300+ units, $60M). The role requires 4+ years in construction management, a Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field, and strong leadership with MS Office and project management tools.

You will oversee safety meetings, site staffing, daily field reports, schedule milestones, subcontractor performance, and field team training; the position is in-office or on-site 5 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in construction management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the site conducts all safety meetings and inspections.
• Staff projects appropriately per the plan and ensure the team performs core responsibilities.
• Complete and verify daily field reports for accuracy.
• Accountable for safety incident reporting and resolution.
• Lead weekly PSM and OAC meetings and address constraints as the front-facing site representative to other departments.
• Ensure schedule snapshots are accurate and milestones are met.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and resolve issues.
• Provide field team training, reviews, and performance documentation.
• Maintain a 5-day (Mon-Fri) on-site presence at the office or on the job site.
