KBR, Inc. is seeking a Ground Systems Software Engineer to support ground system command and control software requirements, design, and verification.

The role involves overseeing DevSecOps practices, life-cycle software development, and coordination with the SIGINT Office to ensure secure, reliable cloud-enabled ground systems for national security missions. Qualifications

Active/Current TS/SCI with Poly required.
9+ years of experience with a BS degree, 6+ years with an MS degree.
Ground system experience in a major satellite program office or commercial SATCOM.
Demonstrated knowledge of DevSecOps.
Familiarity with agile software development processes and metrics.

Responsibilities

Provide expert advice on ground systems software requirements, design, installation, test, and operations support.
Monitor overall system software to ensure adherence to requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.
Assess information assurance standards related to product obsolescence.
Develop briefing packages for SPO engineering, risk, and program-management reviews.
