Qualifications
Must meet Part 121/135 PIC requirements.
ATP AMEL and Flight Instructor experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Regulations, Flight Operations Manuals, Operations Specifications, Crewmember SOPs, Aircraft Systems and Company Policies.
Responsibilities
Provide standardized training for multiple aircraft: PIC/SIC initial and recurrent, upgrade, emergency procedures, differences, and special curriculum.
Enforce company standards by teaching and ensuring safe flight operations.
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication and provide constructive feedback.
Evaluate pilot progress and be able to judge performance impartially.
Conduct ground and simulator training.
Keep accurate records and submit required documents timely.
Maintain competency and qualifications to instruct.
Maintain professionalism in all duties.
Perform other related duties as required.
