Job summary

Qualus seeks a Solution Architect, Principal Consultant to drive integration of EMS, SCADA, ADMS, OMS and DERMS for utility clients in the U.S. You will design end-to-end solutions, lead workshops, and guide implementation teams across APIs, data migration, and security.

You will translate complex business needs into scalable architectures, validate CIM models, and partner with project managers to deliver on time and within scope while maintaining high delivery standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in electric utility industry or grid software consulting.
• Strong knowledge of EMS/SCADA/ADMS/DERMS implementations.
• Experience with CIM, powerflow, and DER planning.
• Ability to lead workshops and design end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into end-to-end solution designs.
• Lead design workshops and guide implementation teams.
• Oversee APIs, data migration, and security considerations.
• Ensure scope, schedule, and quality adherence.
• Engage with clients to set expectations and provide options.
