Job summary

Kura Sushi USA in Irvine, CA is seeking a GRC Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join our hybrid team. You will assist the Integrated GRC Senior Manager to ensure Kura meets legal, regulatory and internal standards across operations, contracts and vendor engagements.

You will evaluate laws, conduct audits, prepare reports for executives, disseminate policies, and collaborate across functions to build a scalable, compliant environment covering SOX, PCI, CPRA, data protection and

Qualifications

• Experience delivering regulatory compliance programs and audits.
• Proficient in SOX, PCI, CPRA / CPRA and related data protection laws.
• Able to communicate complex regulatory concepts to executives.
• Knowledge of information security controls and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate regulatory laws applicable to Kura business operations.
• Conduct compliance audits and reviews to ensure standards.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to the VP and executives.
• Identify compliance issues requiring follow-up or investigation.
• Disseminate written policies and procedures; collaborate cross-functionally.
• Support annual regulatory risk assessments and vendor governance.
• Assist with SOX, PCI, CPRA, ESG, and cybersecurity compliance efforts.
