Job summary

The Sr GRC Programmer/Analyst at Huntington National Bank modifies existing software and writes new programs to support GRC platforms. You will implement new and existing GRC capabilities, collaborating with users to design solutions and resolve production issues.

The role requires 3+ years in software development and 3+ years in GRC systems, plus experience with cloud-native and on-prem deployments. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, with an emphasis on collaboration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of software development experience.
3+ years of experience with GRC systems (Archer, OpenPages, ProcessUnity, ServiceNow IRM).
Experience with cloud native platforms and on-prem apps (AWS, Apigee, Linux OS, OpenShift).
Proficiency in .NET/C# or Python/Java; agile environment; multi-platform experience.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

Designs, tests, debugs, documents, and implements programs.
Consults with users to design and explain program changes or provide technical support.
Resolves production system problems.
May lead projects in automated systems development.
Provides guidance and training to team members.
Performs other duties as assigned.
