Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Sr GRC Programmer/Analyst to modify existing software and/or write new programs to support user and management needs within the GRC space. You will implement new and existing GRC platforms.

Responsibilities include design, testing, debugging, documentation, user consultation, and production support. Leadership, mentoring, and collaboration across IT and business groups are expected in a dynamic, office-based environment with flexible work arrangements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related experience in software development.
• Experience in GRC systems (Archer, OpenPages, ProcessUnity, ServiceNow IRM).
• Experience with cloud native platforms and on-prem apps (AWS, Apigee, Linux OS, OpenShift).
• Experience with .NET/C# or other OO languages (Python, Java).
• Experience in an agile environment.
• Experience in multi‑platform environments.
• Ability to balance development and support roles.
• Experience across business segments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Microsoft Office experience.

Summary

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in GRC systems (Archer, OpenPages, ProcessUnity, ServiceNow IRM).
• Experience supporting cloud native platforms and on-prem hosted applications, such (AWS, Apigee, Linux OS and Openshift).
• Experience with .NET/C#, or other object-oriented programming languages (i.e. Python, Java, etc)
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Experience working in multi-platform environment.
• Ability to balance both development and support roles.
• Experience in working on projects that involve business segments.
• Strong analytical, strong troubleshooting skills and excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, focus on customer service, and the ability to work well with other IT, vendor, and business groups.
• Microsoft Office experience.

Compensation Range

$57,000 - $113,000 Annual Salary

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
