Job summary

The Sr GRC Programmer/Analyst at Huntington National Bank modifies existing software applications and develops new ones to support governance, risk and compliance needs across the GRC space. This role is onsite at Huntington corporate offices nationwide, with locations including Birmingham, AL; Atlanta, GA; Houston, TX; Chicago, IL; Charlotte, NC.

• Experience supporting cloud native platforms and on-prem hosted applications (AWS, Apigee, Linux OS, OpenShift).
• Experience with .NET/C#, or other OO languages (Python, Java, etc).
• Experience working in an agile environment and multi-platform environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and interpersonal skills.

Summary

The Sr GRC Programmer/Analyst modifies existing software/application programs, which are typically more complex in nature, or writes new programs to support user and management needs within the GRC application space. Will be responsible for implementation of new and existing GRC platforms.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Resolves problems which occur in production systems.
• May serve as project leader in the development of automated systems or procedures.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related experience in software development.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in GRC systems (Archer, OpenPages, ProcessUnity, ServiceNow IRM).
• Experience supporting cloud native platforms and on-prem hosted applications, such (AWS, Apigee, Linux OS and Openshift).
• Experience with .NET/C#, or other object-oriented programming languages (i.e. Python, Java, etc)
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Experience working in multi-platform environment.
• Ability to balance both development and support roles.
• Experience in working on projects that involve business segments.
• Strong analytical, strong troubleshooting skills and excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, focus on customer service, and the ability to work well with other IT, vendor, and business groups.
• Microsoft Office experience.

Compensation Range

$57,000 - $113,000 Annual Salary

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
