Job summary

Doppel is seeking a Manager, Governance, Risk & Compliance to own and scale our GRC program end to end. You will lead a team of GRC analysts and set the strategy, roadmap, and operating model across certifications, risk management, and privacy.

You will serve as the primary GRC voice to executives, auditors, and customers, driving enterprise risk management, control assurance, third-party risk, and AI governance initiatives in a security-first company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in GRC, security audit, or risk management.
• Proven ability to scale a GRC program and team during rapid growth.
• Hands-on experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, 27701, 42001 or equivalent privacy/AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the GRC program: define strategy, multi-year roadmap, budget, KPIs; report to CISO and exec leadership.
• Lead and grow the GRC team: hire, coach, develop, set goals, drive performance reviews.
• Run certifications & audits: manage SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001/27701/42001, audits, evidence strategy, auditor relationships.
