Qualifications

• 6+ years in security engineering, GRC, DevSecOps, or a closely related technical role.
• Hands-on exposure to compliance/regulatory frameworks.
• Comfortable writing scripts or light code to automate evidence collection.
• Experience with cross-framework control mappings to reduce duplication.
• Familiarity with GRC/risk platforms (Drata, Vanta, Hyperproof, Archer, OneTrust, ServiceNow GRC).
• Experience translating requirements into actionable guidance for engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical GRC partner to translate requirements into implementation details and engage in architecture discussions.
• Use cross-framework mappings to identify synergies and reduce duplication.
• Support customer-facing security/compliance conversations with technical context.
• Build processes, scripts, and tooling to embed controls into daily operations.
• Create documentation and diagrams to explain control rationale to partners.
• Partner with Risk Management to integrate risk identification and monitoring into day-to-day operations.
