Reddit is hiring a GRC Software Engineer to build and enhance tools that support security and compliance programs. You will design, implement, and maintain integrations, data pipelines, and automated checks across cloud, identity, HR, finance, code, and ticketing systems.

Own projects from discovery through launch, balancing risks and trade-offs with engineering partners. You'll automate evidence collection, validate data, and ensure reliable visibility into risk.

Competenze

• 7+ years in security, compliance, automation, data integration, security engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency with Python, Go, or similar language and SQL, including writing and maintaining code used by others.

Mansioni

• Own software projects from discovery through launch with partners, defining success and trade-offs.
• Lead automation of evidence collection across systems for SOX and compliance, define requirements, build integrations, monitor failures, and support.
• Build and maintain integrations and scheduled workflows across cloud, identity, HR, finance, ticketing, version control, CI/CD, and GRC systems.
• Use APIs, scripts, queries, and orchestration tools to collect, normalize, validate, and retain data from authoritative systems.
• Design data models linking risks, controls, assets, owners, systems, and evidence across sources.
• Build automated checks to detect missing or inconsistent data and route failures to owners.
• Translate control requirements into data specs, tests, and exception logic; validate scope with owners.
• Foster relationships across Security, Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, Privacy, Legal, and Finance.
