Our IT - GRC Analyst is accountable for:

Supporting Kelly’s internal control environment, emphasizing SOX compliance. You’ll work closely with IT, internal audit, finance, and external auditors to ensure IT General Controls (ITGCs) are effectively designed, thoroughly documented, and rigorously tested.

• Execute the SOX ITGC program, including documentation, evidence collection, walkthroughs, and annual testing cycles.
• Act as a key liaison between IT, internal/external auditors, and business stakeholders during audits and assessments.
• Coordinate and track remediation of SOX-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
• Governance and Compliance:
  • Maintain the IT control framework, aligning with SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 standards.
  • Assist in conducting third-party and vendor risk assessments.
  • Monitor and report on compliance metrics, risk indicators, and SOX control performance.
• Broader GRC Contributions:
  • Support risk assessments, training coordination, and policy governance activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within GRC platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Archer).
• Stay informed on SOX compliance trends, audit requirements, and evolving IT risk guidance to ensure the upholding of best practices.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 2–5 years in GRC, internal/external audit, or IT compliance, with hands-on experience supporting SOX compliance.
• Strong understanding of SOX Section 404, ITGCs, and audit processes.
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and COBIT.
• Proven ability to support audit fieldwork, walkthroughs, and control testing.
• Exceptional documentation and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• A plus is exposure to GRC tools (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, Archer, AuditBoard).
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CPA, CRISC, or Security+ are highly desirable.
