Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in GRC, IT Audit, or Information Security.
• Experience managing full audit cycles and internal risk assessments.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to explain complex risks to non-technical executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the security governance discipline in the Austin office and mentor a junior analyst.
• Drive end-to-end GRC activities including control baselines and remediation roadmaps.
• Oversee GRC tooling, automation, evidence collection, and audit trails.
• Own external audits as the primary point of contact and project manager.
