As a Senior GRC Analyst at Quantexa, you will bring extensive experience in US Government and non-government security and compliance, applying your deep knowledge to enhance our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) function. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven approach, with enthusiasm for strengthening organizational security through strategic initiatives and daily activities.
You will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure the GRC function remains resilient, aligned with internal goals, client commitments, and regulatory requirements. Your focus will be on compliance and security assurance related to SOC 2 processes, US Government engagements, and wider commercial obligations.
A strong understanding of federal security frameworks, especially NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-171, and ISO standards, is essential. You will manage and guide compliance efforts, identify emerging risks, and implement practical controls that support business growth and regulatory compliance.
Your role will also involve applying AI principles within governance and compliance contexts, promoting responsible AI practices, and acting as a trusted advisor to foster a security-first culture across the organization.
