Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong aesthetic and visual storytelling skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating ability to create impactful marketing assets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to interact with all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop eye-catching digital and print materials that translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
• Create scroll-stopping digital content, including animated advertising and social graphics.
• Research current design trends and share ideas to elevate the firm's creative work.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing projects.
• Refine images, fonts and layouts using design software.
• Provide design guidance to outside vendors, printers and freelancers.
• Collaborate with managers to brainstorm and bring fresh design ideas to life.
