The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting the execution of key marketing efforts and initiatives by applying AMN brand guidelines through marketing activities. This individual possesses advanced skills in translating client and candidate needs into creative and impactful design strategies and deliverables that adhere to AMN brand guidelines. In addition, this individual will be responsible for the creation of a broad range of marketing assets including collateral, branding, and advertising material, internal and external communications, email templates, print and online ads, websites, social media, sales and marketing enablement, tradeshow and event design, customer presentation development, event theme design, print design, etc.

Job Responsibilities
Brand Management & Creative Services
  • Maintain and evolve AMN Healthcare's brand standards, ensuring consistent application across all corporate, digital, sales, and event materials.
  • Support the development and execution of creative assets that strengthen the AMN Healthcare brand and affiliated brands.
  • Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including digital campaigns, social media assets, emails, infographics, sales collateral, event signage, and executive presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, digital, sales, and executive teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions.
  • Manage and organize brand assets, templates, and creative resources to ensure accessibility and compliance with brand standards.
  • Stay informed on design trends, emerging technologies, and AI-powered creative tools to improve efficiency and innovation.
  • Serve as a Canva Enterprise administrator and brand steward, managing branded templates, design assets, and governance controls to ensure consistent application of AMN Healthcare brand standards across the organization.
Project & Workflow Management
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, timelines, stakeholder expectations, and deliverables.
  • Participate in project intake, scoping, and prioritization to ensure efficient use of creative resources.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills when navigating competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Ensure all creative deliverables meet quality standards while remaining aligned with strategic objectives.
Sales & Marketing Enablement
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop high-impact customer-facing materials that support growth, lead generation, and client engagement.
  • Serve as an advanced PowerPoint designer, creating executive-level presentations, sales decks, proposal graphics, and template enhancements.
  • Manage and maintain corporate PowerPoint templates, presentation libraries, and branded design resources.
  • Design and format thought leadership content, case studies, white papers, articles, and campaign materials for both print and digital use.
  • Create visual assets that support conferences, events, webinars, social media campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Develop graphics, icons, charts, and infographics that simplify complex concepts and data-driven narratives.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint.
  • Experience designing for both digital and print environments.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and user-centered design principles.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Microsoft Designer, or similar solutions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working directly with stakeholders and executives.
  • Ability to independently manage projects from concept through final production.
  • Experience supporting B2B marketing, healthcare, professional services, or corporate environments preferred.
Project Management
  • Participate in 4-6 large projects, and 2-4 small projects at a time.
  • Strong degree of autonomy and creativity required.
