Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design initiatives across our web products, maintaining visual consistency and a superior user experience.
• Create and refine intuitive UI/UX designs, responsive web layouts, consistent brand elements, and insightful data visualization dashboards.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers, clearly translating project requirements into compelling, actionable design solutions.
• Confidently present and articulate your design concepts and decisions, effectively incorporating stakeholder feedback to refine final deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated track record as a Graphic Web Designer, specifically focused on software or digital products.
• Compelling portfolio showcasing your expertise in UI/UX, responsive web design, branding, and dashboard visualizations.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring polished and professional outputs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly express ideas and listen effectively.
• Comfortable and productive working independently within a remote environment.
• Residency in the Metro Detroit area is a bonus for occasional face-to-face meetings.
