Job summary

MissionStaff is seeking a Senior Graphic & Digital Designer to lead the conception and execution of visual content across web, social, and digital channels for a leading medical aesthetics brand. You will shape the brand’s visual voice and drive meaningful engagement.

This contract role requires a portfolio demonstrating luxury branding, mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and ability to design for retail, healthcare, and beauty sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Art/Graphic Design or related field required.
• 5–10 years of digital design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience designing for retail, healthcare, beauty, or luxury brands.
• Strong typography, layout, color theory, and UI design skills.
• Experience with digital asset management workflows and production files.
• Basic video editing, photo retouching, and animation skills.
• Ability to develop design systems, style guides, and brand standards.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environment focusing on results.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Art/Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience with a demonstrated portfolio of digital design solutions.
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience designing for retail, healthcare, beauty, or luxury brands.
• Strong skills in typography, layout, color theory, and UI design.
• Experience with digital asset management workflows and production file preparation.
• Basic video editing, photo retouching, and animation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and brand standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience creating animated and micro-interactive digital content.
• Knowledge of testing and learning environments with iterative creative workflows.
• Familiarity with medical aesthetics or healthcare industry branding.
• Video editing and motion graphics experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5-10 years of professional experience, particularly within branding or digital marketing for luxury or healthcare brands.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work on-site, remotely, or in a hybrid setup as required.
• Enthusiasm for contributing to a growing brand and understanding of the aesthetic healthcare industry.
