Aquent Talent in the United States is seeking a visionary graphic design lead to guide creative direction across print and digital, ensuring brand, legal and FDA guidelines are met.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience for print and digital.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of Adobe CC experience including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects.
  • 1 year of prototyping software and web design tools experience.
  • Proficient in Figma for design systems and layouts.
  • Compelling portfolio with print and digital work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative direction and design execution from concept to final delivery.
  • Conceptualize and oversee production of world-class design across channels.
  • Present concepts aligned with strategic objectives and business goals.
  • Ensure all deliverables follow brand, legal, and FDA guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead creative direction and design execution for assigned projects from concept through final delivery.
  • Conceptualize, design, and oversee the production of world-class creative solutions across multiple channels.
  • Present and articulate creative concepts that align with strategic objectives and business goals.
  • Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand, corporate, legal, and regulatory (FDA) guidelines.
  • Maintain brand consistency and quality across all studio design work.
  • Mentor and guide designers, providing constructive feedback and supporting skill development.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and project/account team leads to support planning, timelines, and execution.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously elevate creative output, including AI capabilities and technology.
  • Follow established content studio workflows, file management standards, and promotional review processes.
  • Design and produce creative assets across print, web (including responsive), and rich media.
  • Apply art direction and feedback to deliver high-quality design work.
  • Build and manage creative files efficiently according to project specifications and brand standards.
  • Understand production and media requirements and apply them to design execution.
  • Present design concepts clearly, demonstrating alignment with project goals.
  • Support therapeutically aligned teams in a collaborative studio environment.
  • Continuously develop design skills and stay current with tools and best practices.
  • Contribute to a positive, high-performing creative team culture.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design for print and digital.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects software.
  • 1 year of experience with prototyping software, HTML video editing tools, and other web design applications.
  • Proficiency using Figma for design systems, prototyping, and digital layout design.
  • A compelling creative portfolio showcasing print and digital work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in marketing for highly regulated industries, such as pharmaceuticals.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing AI generation tools for digital asset and imagery creation.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with content creators to develop more efficient production and design processes.
  • Experience managing and directing design files throughout review and production processes, including troubleshooting.
  • Prior experience executing and managing creative across print and digital platforms for various brands.
  • Experience spearheading the design of branded tactics including websites, interactive presentations, web advertisements, emails, and event signage.
  • Familiarity with content management and review platforms.
  • A refined design eye and a passion for creating effective visual communication solutions.
