Job summary

Epstein Creative Group (ECG) is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who blends hands-on design with leadership. You’ll manage 70% design work and 30% mentoring, supervising 1–2 staff designers and guiding freelancers.

You’ll work on brand identities, campaigns, publications, websites, and social graphics for B2B and nonprofit clients, collaborating with the Creative Director and project managers to ensure high-quality, accessible work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional graphic design with strong typography, layout, branding, print and digital design.
• At least 2 years overseeing staff designers, assigning work, reviewing designs and mentoring.
• Expert proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong judgment to develop polished design solutions across varied clients and projects.
• Solid understanding of print production, prepress and digital design requirements.
• Experience designing for websites and understanding UX/UI principles.
• Experience presenting creative recommendations to clients and collaborating with teams.
• Experience incorporating AI tools into professional workflows and staying current with technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and design a wide range of print and digital materials (branding, campaigns, publications, websites, social media).
• Lead design projects from concept through production and present recommendations to clients.
• Apply typography, layout and visual storytelling to create polished designs.
• Provide direction for video, motion graphics and multimedia projects as needed.
• Supervise 1–2 staff designers and mentor freelancers.
• Coordinate workloads, deadlines and creative direction with the Creative Director and project managers.
• Review work for quality, brand consistency, accessibility and production readiness.
