Job summary

Agile Defense seeks a highly skilled Graphic Designer in Washington, DC to develop original artwork for print and digital media and to provide creative consultation across publications and presentations. The role emphasizes excellence in layout, typography, and visual storytelling.

The candidate must have expert Adobe Creative Cloud skills on Mac, a strong portfolio, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while collaborating with teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in graphic design or related field with at least ten years of experience at the intermediate level.
• Pre-press and post print production: prepare print-ready files, verify RGB to CMYK, 300 dpi, bleeds, font conflicts, and clean up packaging files.
• Uses Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create print, digital and web graphics and publications.
• Provide creative consultation and production services for annual reports, brochures, posters, PowerPoint presentations and marketing collateral.
• Prepare design files for print and web production including ensuring color accuracy and print readiness.
