Leslie’s in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join the marketing team on a contract-to-hire basis. You will design across digital and print, mentor junior designers, and help bring campaigns to life within brand guidelines.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support photo shoots, and contribute to a major website project planned for 2027. The role requires hands-on design, speed, and a portfolio demonstrating diverse channels.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of professional design experience.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on design work across both digital and print channels.
• Experience designing emails, paid display advertising, paid social content, retail signage, direct mail, out-of-home advertising, and web assets.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe InDesign.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated experience working within established brand guidelines.
• Strong understanding of production requirements for both digital and print deliverables.
• Ability to balance creative thinking with efficient, detail-oriented production.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver polished work within tight deadlines.
• A team-oriented approach and willingness to mentor and support other designers.

Responsibilities

• Concept, design, and produce integrated creative across digital and print channels.
• Develop promotional and advertising emails, paid display advertising, paid social creative, and performance marketing assets.
• Create in-store signage kits and point-of-purchase materials for 800+ locations.
• Design direct mail, out-of-home advertising, web assets, and other materials.
• Support photo shoots and translate photography into campaign creative.
• Contribute to future website initiatives, including a 2027 website project.
• Work within brand standards while keeping work fresh and relevant.
• Partner with stakeholders to execute projects from concept to completion.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Provide mentorship and feedback to junior designers.
• Prepare files for digital deployment and print production.
• Incorporate feedback while preserving quality and intent.
