Project Farma is seeking a creative, collaborative, and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing Team. In this role, you’ll bring bold ideas to life across both digital and print channels, playing a key part in shaping the visual identity of Project Farma and the clients we serve. About you:
How will you spend your days as a Senior Graphic Designer?
Design & Brand Leadership
o Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent visual identity across all internal and external touchpoints—print, digital, website, social, and presentations.
o Design marketing collateral including but not limited to brochures, one-pagers, sell sheets, event signage, and branded promotional items (e.g., t-shirts, notebooks, and more).
o Own the design and maintenance of master decks, template slides, and sales materials in PowerPoint and PDF formats. (Candidate must be experienced in designing PowerPoint layouts, master slides, and templates).
o Launch scalable design templates and brand systems to support a globally distributed team.
o Lead layout and production design for reports, advertisements, and various marketing assets.
o Produce compelling motion graphics, animations, and videos to support digital campaigns, presentations, and brand storytelling.
o Stay up to date with design trends to enhance visual communication strategies.
Project Management
o Manage and prioritize incoming design requests across departments, tracking timelines and deliverables.
o Contribute to marketing campaign execution across channels, including social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, X), email (Mailchimp), and digital platforms.
o Produce creative assets optimized for campaigns and content strategy, while reporting performance aligned to KPIs. Candidate will be asked to generate and contribute to analytical findings across mediums to enhance brand
o Maintain organized project files and support documentation across collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).
o Track time spent on design deliverables, especially for billable work with clients or partners.

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.

$75,000 - $90,000 USD
