You will mentor junior designers, present work to clients, and ensure brand consistency across deliverables while managing multiple projects with careful attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an agency or agency-like environment.
• Strong portfolio showing integrated campaigns.
• Proficient in Figma.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience presenting to clients and internal teams.
• Experience creating email marketing creative.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while contributing as a senior team member.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and concept development with clients and teams to define visual direction.
• Develop high-impact concepts across print, email, digital, social, and OOH.
• Translate objectives into cohesive visual systems and creative solutions.
• Present concepts to clients and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Provide design leadership on multi-channel campaigns.
• Mentor junior designers to elevate team output.
• Maintain brand consistency and high creative standards.
