The Sign Store in Macon, GA seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to own creative direction of high-visibility signage. This on-site, full-time role leads design standards, mentors junior staff, and acts as the creative authority between sales, production, and installation.

You’ll shape brand quality, drive process improvements, and grow into a Creative Director path within a growing sign company. Strong proficiency in Illustrator/Photoshop and sign fabrication knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience.
• Sign/large-format graphics experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop required.
• Ability to mentor designers and coordinate with sales, production, and installation.
• Knowledge of permits, renderings, and fabrication considerations.

Responsibilities
