Puma in Carson City, USA seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation and execution of progressive picture designs reflecting the Ambassador's vision for the Sportstyle unit.

Under the Product Lead, you will guide a small design team, integrate trends, and craft visuals that elevate the brand across jersey, apparel, and accessory categories while ensuring timely delivery and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant apparel/shoes graphic design experience.
• Experience leading a small design team is a plus.
• Strong presentation, color, and graphical skills.
• Knowledge of garment production and prototype making is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and execution of progressive picture designs for ambassador campaigns.
• Balance brand, unit, and partner needs while developing exciting new visuals.
• Incorporate current product and tech trends into designs and leverage Puma branding.
• Create visuals that strengthen brand position and drive consumer demand.
• Design visuals across categories (e.g., Jerseys, sweats, wovens) for multiple genders.
• Under Product Lead guidance, collect market insights to inform design decisions.
• Produce and update mockups, sketches, Illustrator drawings, specs, mood boards, color guides.
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships with design, product management, and marketing teams.
