With 4+ years in fashion or footwear design, you will mentor teammates, manage design presentations, and maintain strong communication across departments to ensure cohesive 360 design concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in fashion, sportswear, or casual lifestyle design focusing on footwear.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate concepts clearly.
• High proficiency with design software and production processes.
• Experience leading design efforts and mentoring others.

Responsibilities
