AMOREPACIFIC US, INC is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer for LANEIGE to lead and execute high‑profile brand work across the U.S. You will partner with the Senior Art Director, driving concept development to final production while staying deeply hands‑on in design.

You will shape 360° campaigns across digital, social, retail, events, OOH, print, and video, ensuring a cohesive, elevated brand experience while mentoring teammates and collaborating with cross‑functional partners in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in agency, in-house brand, or retail environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on design across digital, social, retail/VMD, events, and print.
• Experience leading creative projects while staying actively involved in design work.
• Ability to translate core concepts across multiple channels and formats.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and emerging design technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute creative projects from concept through final production across 360° campaigns and various channels.
• Remain hands-on in design execution while guiding designers and freelancers.
• Collaborate with Senior Art Director to translate creative direction into channel-specific executions.
• Develop visual concepts that balance brand storytelling with business objectives.
• Ensure consistency of Laneige brand identity across all executions.
• Mentor junior designers and external partners; present concepts to leadership.
