Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in agency, in-house, or retail.
• Experience in beauty, fashion, luxury, or consumer brands preferred.
• Strong portfolio showing concept and hands-on execution across digital, social, retail/VMD, events and print.
• Proficient in CC apps; able to lead projects while remaining hands-on.

• Lead and execute creative projects from concept through final production across 360° campaigns and channels.
• Remain hands-on in design, guiding designers and freelancers as needed.
• Collaborate with Senior Art Director to translate concepts into channel-specific executions.
• Develop creative concepts balancing brand storytelling, consumer experience, and business goals.
• Ensure cohesive visual system across campaigns and touchpoints.
• Own projects from start to finish, delivering high-quality work on tight timelines.
