Purple Strategies, LLC is seeking a Senior Designer to translate creative direction and strategy into compelling visual work across channels. You will partner with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to deliver visually distinctive assets aligned with client and brand standards.

The role requires a strong design foundation, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to own concepts from development through execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree related to graphic communications, graphic design, art direction or similar field.
• 10+ years of related professional design and production experience, preferably in an agency or corporate brand.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Lightroom, InDesign, etc.), Photoshop, Illustrator and other platforms.
• A portfolio of past work showing contributions and impact.
• Ability to work collaboratively with client teams under tight deadlines and quick turnarounds.
• Detail-oriented with minimal need for revision.
• Knowledge of AP Style Guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Creative Director and campaign teams to translate direction into visual assets.
• Develop and advance visual concepts independently over time.
• Collaborate to identify dynamic, audience-relevant ways to bring ideas to life.
• Own design and production from development to final delivery with high quality standards.
• Prepare, resize, proof, and traffic assets for publications and vendors, meeting deadlines.
• Manage timelines, workback plans, content plans, and approval processes.
• Maintain knowledge of design requirements across digital, social, print, and emerging channels.
• Apply design judgment across typography, composition, hierarchy, imagery, branding, and storytelling.
• Stay current on design trends and tools, including AI, and responsibly apply new capabilities.
