Job summary

Fastbreak AI is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in Charlotte, NC. You will craft engaging digital assets across websites, banners, videos, and emails while upholding bold branding for our sports and consumer products portfolio.

You will collaborate with marketing, product and sales teams in a fast-paced startup that values action and execution. The role blends in-person office work four days a week with one flex day, and focuses on driving engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic and web design experience, startup/small company background preferred.
• Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, plus PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Design with a results-driven mindset, focusing on engagement and conversions.
• Collaborative, action-oriented, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging digital assets including landing pages, banners, videos, playbooks, and email templates.
• Own and update marketing websites and landing pages.
• Enforce brand consistency across the company for optimal user experience.
• Partner with marketing, product, sponsorship and sales teams to maintain brand alignment.
