4KIDS in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to create compelling digital and print materials that tell the story of the children, families, and communities we serve. This is a mission-driven role that combines design craft with brand storytelling.

You will manage projects from concept through final delivery, collaborate with multiple departments, coordinate vendors, and provide creative direction for photography and video to support fundraising, recruitment, and events.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Approximately 2-4 years of progressively responsible design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrates strong design, brand consistency, and storytelling.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud and brand-focused production workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Create on-brand digital and print materials for social media, websites, email, events, fundraising, recruitment, presentations, and promotions.
• Manage projects from concept through final delivery, including timelines, revisions, approvals, and production.
• Collaborate with departments to deliver mission-aligned communications.
• Coordinate with freelancers, photographers, videographers, printers and vendors.
• Prepare production-ready files and ensure brand accuracy and quality.
• Provide creative direction for photography, video, events and visual projects.
