In this role

You will lead the creation of conceptual design systems and multi-platform visual strategies for diverse marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to shape and scale creative vision across physical activations, social campaigns, multicultural marketing, and digital touchpoints. This role emphasizes high-level design thinking, brand stewardship, and trend-forward visual storytelling that resonates with varied audiences. • Translate strategic briefs into compelling visual directions through mood boards and conceptual frameworks.
  • Conduct intake meetings with internal stakeholders to align on project objectives, target audiences, and creative goals.
  • Collaborate with and provide art direction to freelancers and production designers to ensure consistent execution of the design vision.
  • Occasionally execute hands-on design for smaller assets (e.g., social media posts) during lighter cycles.
  • Apply global-ready and accessibility-first design principles to all work.
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with established brand guidelines while pushing for fresh, trend-relevant ideas.
  • Maintain strong communication with producers and project leads to manage timelines and deliverables.
  • Stay current with visual and cultural trends, social media behaviors, and design tools to keep work relevant and forward-thinking.
Required Qualifications
  • 8–10 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proven expertise in Adobe Illustrator as a primary design tool (minimum 8 years).
  • Demonstrated experience creating and managing comprehensive design systems that scale across platforms and channels.
  • Deep understanding of modern design trends and audience-specific design strategies.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, high-quality execution, and multi-channel work (social, print, digital, and experiential).
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills.
  • Experience working within established brand guidelines and navigating cross-functional feedback processes.
  • Ability to deliver polished, accessible, and culturally aware visual assets.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with video and motion design tools such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
  • Experience in UI or web design is a plus.
  • Background in professional photography or animation.
  • Experience with multicultural marketing or global campaigns.
  • Strong interest in inclusive design, sustainability, and emerging technologies.
