Job summary

Oklahoma Baptist University is seeking a Graphic Designer to develop print and digital materials supporting enrollment, advancement, alumni relations, and academic programs. You will manage projects from concept through final production while ensuring adherence to OBU’s visual identity.

You will collaborate with writers, photographers and the Marketing and Communications team, maintain Wrike files, and help develop brand resources across campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or visual communications; relevant education/experience considered.
• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience with print and digital media, typography, layout and visual communication.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design and produce print and digital materials as assigned.
• Create brochures, flyers, posters, programs, signage, ads and social media graphics.
• Translate briefs and audience needs into original visual concepts.
• Develop concepts based on goals, audience and brand standards.
• Manage projects from concept to final production and meet deadlines.
• Select and prepare photography and visual assets for projects.
• Collaborate with writers, photographers and videographers.
• Gather information from campus partners and incorporate revisions.
• Prepare production-ready files and review proofs for technical accuracy.
• Maintain organized Wrike project files and information.
• Apply OBU’s visual identity consistently across projects.
