Job summary

cabi is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to translate brand and campaign strategy into polished design systems across digital, social, print, and site experiences. You’ll own cabi's Figma design systems and templates, upholding brand standards with the Art Director to deliver high-quality, independent concepts.

The role requires 5–8 years of graphic design experience, expert Figma and Adobe Creative Suite skills, and a strong portfolio. The hiring range is $90k–$100k with bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of graphic design experience, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showing brand systems, templates/UI design, cross-channel work.
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, and brand consistency at scale.
• Ability to work independently from a brief and mentor junior designers.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute high-quality assets across email, site, social, print, and campaigns.
• Build and evolve cabi's Figma design systems and templates for consistency and scalability.
• Maintain brand guidelines for typography, color, layout, and imagery.
• Collaborate with Art Director to translate concepts into channel-ready designs.
• Provide guidance to designers to ensure brand craft before delivery.
• Collaborate with Copy, Social, Production, and Marketing on campaigns.
• Manage multiple design projects, meeting deadlines efficiently.
• Stay current on design trends and platform best practices.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
