Job summary

cabi, LLC is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to partner with the Creative team, ownership of design systems, and to translate campaigns into polished assets across digital, social, print and site experiences. You will uphold cabi's brand standards and guide junior designers with independence and craft.

Bring 5–8 years of fashion/consumer-brand design experience, expert Figma and Adobe CS skills, and a strong portfolio. Expect a collaborative, people-first environment with room to grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of graphic design experience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showing brand systems, templates/UI design and cross-channel work.
• Deep understanding of typography, layout and brand consistency at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute high-quality assets across email, site, social, print, and campaigns.
• Build and evolve cabi's Figma design systems and templates for consistency and efficiency.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure typography, color, layout, and imagery standards.
• Collaborate with Art Director to translate concepts into channel-ready executions.
• Provide guidance to designers, review work for craft before it ships.
• Work cross-functionally with Copy, Social, Production and Marketing to support campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritizing to meet deadlines and calendars.
• Stay current on design trends and platform best practices.
