Job summary

Archipelago Strategies Group (ASG) seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to shape client visual identities across print, digital, and events. You will craft campaigns, brand systems, and user-centered design with a strong storytelling sensibility.

You bring 5+ years in agency or brand roles, mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and UX basics, and a collaborative mindset aligned with ASG’s inclusive, mission-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum five years in an agency, brand, or marketing team.
• Experience delivering across print, digital, events, and UI/UX.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pitch strong visual concepts for clients.
• Create cohesive brand systems from logos to campaigns.
• Design websites, landing pages, and media with UI/UX in mind.
• Lead visual development for pitches and new business.
• Ensure accessibility and brand consistency across deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
