Job summary

CUDDLY, based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across digital, eCommerce, retail and packaging. This senior, hands-on IC role runs from brief to final production, delivering high‑quality work that strengthens the CUDDLY brand.

You’ll own email, paid media, landing pages and packaging, build scalable design systems, and collaborate with marketing, product and development.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design and visual storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performing digital and packaging assets across email, paid media, landing pages and product packaging.
• Develop and maintain cohesive brand systems and guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and development teams to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency.
