Job summary

Iowa Wild is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to drive high-impact visual design across marketing, advertising, and branded communications. You will lead key creative projects, collaborate cross-functionally to develop strategic campaigns, and ensure brand consistency and design leadership.

With a Bachelor's in Graphic Design or equivalent, five years of design experience, and mastery of Adobe Creative Suite plus Microsoft Office, you'll manage timelines, mentor teammates, and oversee

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm.
• Experience as project/creative lead directing other team members.
• Personal digital portfolio of creative/design projects.
• High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office—Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality creative design across marketing channels and social media.
• Lead key campaigns and ensure brand consistency across assets.
• Oversee projects, timelines, and workload for the design team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ideate messaging and concepts.
• Direct art direction for photoshoots and develop templates for internal use.
• Communicate with vendors and manage cost estimates.
