Bring 5–8+ years of professional design experience, mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and a keen eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Excellent visual storytelling, typography, composition, and layout skills.
• Experience translating creative strategy into engaging design systems and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects across brand identity, digital campaigns, packaging, and retail materials.
• Develop and present multiple creative directions, supported by clear strategic and visual rationale.
• Collaborate with creative leadership to evolve concepts into production-ready final work.
• Maintain high standards for typography, layout, composition, and brand consistency.
• Build files for digital, print, packaging, and retail production requirements.
• Manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Respond quickly to feedback, iterate with purpose, and bring proactive solutions forward.
