Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, packaging materials, is seeking a Creative Project Associate to coordinate projects and ensure brand consistency across print and digital materials. The role collaborates with Design, Photo, Merchandising and Direct Marketing teams to deliver high-impact visuals on tight timelines.

Join a team of 170+ members and help keep projects on schedule, proof materials for accuracy, and archive filings, while leveraging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
• Understanding of the print production process is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creative projects from kickoff through completion, keeping timelines on track for print and digital materials.
• Proof all print and digital materials for spelling, punctuation, and color accuracy for catalogs, pamphlets, advertising materials and the website.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with Uline's brand and style guidelines.
• Partner with Design, Photo, Merchandising and Direct Marketing teams on assignments.
• Maintain, update and archive project files.

• Proof all print and digital creative materials for proper spelling, punctuation and color accuracy for catalogs, pamphlets, advertising materials and our website.


• Ensure projects remain on schedule and are within Uline's brand and style guidelines.


• Partner with other teams on assignments, including Design, Photo, Merchandising and Direct Marketing.


• Maintain, update and archive project files.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.


• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.


• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.


• Understanding of the print production process a plus.
