Job Title: Sr Graphic Designer

Location: Nashville, TN (hybrid)

With over 170 years of history, our brands include SINGER, HUSQVARNA VIKING, PFAFF, and MySewNet. Position Overview

The Sr Graphic Designer is part of the Centralized Marketing team, responsible for creating strategic visual assets for various campaigns and products. This includes developing concepts, layouts, illustrations, digital assets, POP collateral, and providing photography direction. The role requires translating creative briefs into compelling brand work, adhering to budgets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the design of visual assets for print, digital, retail, and packaging.
2. Manage digital image library.
3. Collaborate with Project Management on campaign materials, social media, and product launches.
4. Work with Creative Directors, Photographers, Stylists, Product Managers, and Marketing to ensure visual consistency with brand standards.
5. Translate complex product info into clear visual solutions like infographics and manuals.
6. Stay updated on design trends relevant to sewing communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in visual communications, graphic design, or related field.
• 3-5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an in-house or retail setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, and digital asset management systems.
• Experience managing creative timelines and cross-functional communication.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of photography and video production is a plus.
• Experience in sewing or DIY projects is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical requirements, including moving within the office and handling products up to 50 pounds.
