Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to bring our brands and campaigns to life across digital and print touchpoints. You will develop concepts, evolve brand systems, and prepare production-ready files for multiple business units.

The role combines strategic thinking with execution, reporting to the Sr. Art Director within the in-house creative team of Integrated Marketing. Strong design fundamentals and marketing insight are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating agency-quality digital and print marketing work.
• Expertise in typography, layout, color, visual hierarchy, brand application, and production-ready file preparation.
• Ability to balance creative thinking, efficient execution, accuracy, collaboration, and deadline management.
• Preferred: experience with video editing, motion graphics, animation, packaging, photography direction, and other multimedia brand applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design customer-facing communications for campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, events, and brand initiatives across digital, print, and in-branch channels.
• Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual solutions that drive customer engagement, support sales goals, and strengthen SiteOne’s private brands.
• Design assets for email, web, digital advertising, social media, eCommerce, signage, collateral, direct mail, trade shows, branch marketing and more.
• Create accurate, production-ready files and partner with internal teams and external vendors to maintain quality across print and digital workflows.
• Maintain brand consistency while contributing to guidelines, templates, scalable design systems, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Category Management, Merchandising, Digital, and other partners to manage multiple projects, present work effectively, and incorporate feedback.

Position Overview

SiteOne is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to bring our brands, campaigns, products, and promotions to life across digital and print customer touchpoints. This role combines strategic creative thinking with strong executional and production expertise across multiple business units and private brands.

The ideal candidate can develop campaign concepts, evolve brand systems, create customer-facing materials, and prepare production-ready files. They should bring strong design fundamentals, marketing insight, and channel-specific best practices. This role is part of the in-house creative team within Integrated Marketing and reports to the Sr. Art Director.
