Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply in Dix Hills, NY seeks a Customer Sales & Service Representative who is passionate about delivering outstanding service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will build strong customer relationships, handle questions in person, by phone, or online ordering, and assist with inventory and merchandising while keeping safety in mind.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting, preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation product a plus
• Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions
• Inventory management experience helpful
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Position Overview
