Our client is seeking a highly talented, concept-driven Senior Graphic Designer to create compelling consumer-facing brand work across campaigns, experiential, social, retail, digital, and e-commerce touchpoints.
This hands-on individual contributor will bring exceptional design craft, a strong visual point of view, and a portfolio demonstrating memorable work for lifestyle, CPG, retail, or similarly visible consumer brands. The role will help translate brand strategy into cohesive, high-impact creative that connects with consumers across both physical and digital environments.
In this role, you will develop high-impact, consumer-centric creative work that brings brand strategy to life across integrated campaigns and everyday brand touchpoints.
You’ll partner with creative, marketing, digital, e-commerce, product, and other cross-functional stakeholders to develop clear, engaging visual narratives from concept through execution. This includes translating strategic objectives into compelling campaign ideas; evolving concepts across social, experiential, retail, digital, and e-commerce environments; and ensuring work maintains a distinctive and consistent brand expression.
You will also lead and support art direction for photo and video content as needed; apply strong typography, composition, color, and illustration skills to elevate creative output; and help uphold brand standards through scalable design systems, templates, and thoughtful execution.
This role supports the creative team's overall success by presenting concepts, rationale, and final work clearly to internal partners and senior leaders, mentoring junior designers through feedback and creative partnership, and staying current on consumer trends, visual culture, design tools, and emerging creative technologies.
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $85,000-$100,000 annually.
