Job summary

Engineered Floors in Dalton, GA is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to create visuals that support campaigns, branding, and product launches across channels.

You will collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to produce assets for social media, trade shows, and internal communications, ensuring consistency of our visual identity and high-quality design output.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in Digital Design or Graphic Design is required.
• 5+ years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and other CC Apps).
• Must be well organized and self-motivated.
• Must work with a high degree of precision and detail.
• Must understand pixel resolutions for print and web.
• Must be able to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

The Senior Graphic Designer role is responsible to create compelling visuals that support campaigns, internal initiatives, and brand consistency contributing to a wide range of design projects while upholding our visual identity across all channels. This role reports to the Digital Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Use artistic skills and design principles to develop exclusive visuals for desired flooring products and prepare artwork for internal approval
• Assist in managing the organization, color correction, and resizing of all marketing assets (product scans, product photography, room renderings, designer palettes, logos, website imagery, digital media, etc.)
• Provide accurate and timely proofing, fact checking, copy writing, editing, and formatting assistance during the creation of new marketing materials for a product launch
• Create social media graphics based on calendars provided by the Content Marketing Manager and Digital Media Strategist
• Create and develop digital materials for trade shows, corporate meetings, conferences, and training needs
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns
• Create animated graphics or short videos for digital platforms
• Maintain and update design files and templates for various marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure digital content meets specifications
• Assist the Content Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager with miscellaneous marketing projects
• Facilitate day-to-day marketing support for various teams

Experience/Education Requirements:

• Associates degree or higher in Digital Design or Graphic Design is required
• 5+ years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe CC Apps)
• Must be well organized and self-motivated
• Must be willing to learn and take direction well
• Must work with a high degree of precision and detail
• Must understand pixel resolutions and how to convert file formats for both print and web
• Must be able to work under extreme time factors
• Must have excellent word processing, spreadsheet, and database management skills – Microsoft Office, Internet, and Adobe Acrobat
• Must be able to work in an open office setting
• Good communication skills necessary, both verbally and written
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality about sensitive information
• Ability to work well in a multi-task environment
• Some travel could be required

Other Requirements:

• Lifting is occasionally required for weights up to 50 lbs.
• Stooping and/or reaching are required occasionally
• Standing and/or walking are required up to 2 hours a day
• Computer keyboard entry and computer monitor viewing are required for up to 8 hours daily
• Perform other approved duties as directed by assigned by leadership.
