As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will develop compelling visual content aligned with our brand standards and marketing goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging designs for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent and impactful visual communication. The role requires organization, multi-project management skills, and a strategic mindset. What You'll Do

Strategic Design Development Deliver innovative collateral such as brochures, booklets, ads, handouts, infographics, display materials, forms, digital assets, presentations, for print, email, and web use, on time and on brand. Collaborate with marketing to develop design strategies that support brand and marketing initiatives. Understand target audience demographics to tailor design concepts effectively. Generate innovative design solutions independently, aligning with brand objectives and anticipating project needs. Performance Metrics Analyze the impact of design projects on engagement and perception, using feedback and analytics to refine future designs. Adjust design strategies based on performance data and stakeholder input. Project Management and Development Manage the entire design process from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness. Handle multiple projects with attention to detail and quality control. Collaboration and Communication Work as a strategic partner with internal teams to create cohesive campaigns that enhance messaging. Present ideas convincingly to stakeholders and inspire buy-in. Participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions to provide design insights. Build strong relationships with external vendors and oversee project execution. Technical Proficiency Use Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite to produce effective materials on schedule. Prepare design files for print and digital distribution, checking for standards compliance. Stay updated on emerging design technologies and tools. Brand Stewardship Maintain the integrity of the brand’s visual identity across all channels, adhering to guidelines. Ensure high-quality output with attention to detail and continuous improvement. What You'll Need

Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred). At least 5 years of relevant graphic design experience supporting marketing or sales. Industry experience in financial services or insurance (preferred). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Skill in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Experience with Figma (a plus). Strong creative and technical skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
