Lateam Partners is seeking a creative Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience working with consumer brands to join our design team. You will support Digital Marketing and DTC by creating high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, e-commerce platforms, and online marketplaces.

The role emphasizes hands-on use of AI tools to generate commercial imagery for online sales, including Amazon, and collaboration with the Creative Director on branding, packaging, and new product launches.

Qualifications

Job Type: Contractor with USD payment - Full-time - Remote

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience working with consumer brands to join our design team. The ideal candidate will support our Digital Marketing and DTC teams by creating high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, e-commerce platforms, and online marketplaces.

Hands-on experience using AI tools to create commercial visual content for online sales is a key requirement. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience generating product imagery, lifestyle visuals, mockups, and marketing assets for platforms such as Amazon.

This role also involves supporting the Creative Director with branding, packaging, merchandising, and new product launches. We are looking for a self-starter who combines strong design skills, creative thinking, and a genuine interest in AI-powered design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and e-commerce platforms.
• Develop product images, lifestyle visuals, infographics, and other sales-oriented content for online marketplaces, particularly Amazon.
• Use AI-powered tools to generate, enhance, and edit commercial imagery and creative assets.
• Support branding, packaging, merchandising, and new product launches.
• Retouch images, create mockups, and edit short video sequences or animations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and the Creative Director to ensure brand consistency and deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably with consumer brands, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
• Proven experience using AI tools for graphic design and commercial content creation.
• Experience creating visual assets for e-commerce and online sales; Amazon experience is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong visual design, composition, and image-editing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and communication platforms like Slack.

Bonus Points

• Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or wellness brands.
• Experience with Amazon A+ Content and product listings.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, video editing, or 3D rendering.
