Job summary

CxAlloy in the United States is seeking a Senior UI/Graphic Designer to craft polished web and mobile interfaces. You will translate complex requirements into intuitive experiences, balancing visual craft with usability and design systems across products.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering, contribute to reusable components, and advocate for accessibility and modern web patterns. A strong portfolio demonstrating UI execution and thoughtful interaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional design experience, including at least 4 years designing digital products for web or mobile.
• Strong UI and visual design skills, with a high standard for polish and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of usability and interaction design, particularly when designing complex workflows.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, spacing, hierarchy, composition, and visual consistency.

We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/Graphic Designer who excels at creating polished, intuitive, and highly usable digital interfaces. This role focuses on visual and interaction design, with an emphasis on turning complex functionality into simple, clear, and effective experiences.

The ideal candidate combines strong visual craft with a deep understanding of usability. They know how to use layout, typography, hierarchy, spacing, interaction patterns, and visual systems to make complex products easier to understand and use. They bring strong independent design judgment, can explore multiple approaches, evaluate trade-offs, and confidently recommend a direction based on their own design reasoning—not simply wait for user or stakeholder feedback to determine the answer.

This is not a research-heavy or product-strategy role. We are looking for a designer who can take established requirements and workflows and translate them into thoughtful, well-crafted interfaces.

Experience in graphic, brand, marketing, or other visual design disciplines is a plus.
